Clause regarding the GDPR

The Information Clause:

1. The Controller of your personal data is PMPoland S.A. with its registered office in Jelenia Góra at ul. Fabryczna 1. The Joint Controllers of your
   personal data are PMP Group Companies (in accordance with the Privacy and Cookies Policy for the PMP Group Companies);
2. Any comments and concerns regarding the processing of your personal data can be submitted to the following e-mail address: RODO.pmpoland@pmpgroup.com;
3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of your receiving of Newsletter on the basis of your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
4. The recipients of your personal data will be the hosting company and entities providing IT software servicing the Controller;
5. Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from the Newsletter service;
6. You have the right to access the content of your data and to rectify it, have it erased, restrict its processing, the right to transfer data processed, the right to objection, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal;
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
8. Your personal data may be transferred to a third country in connection with you using the www.pmpgroup.com website (in accordance with the Privacy and Cookies Policy for the PMP Group Companies);
9. Your personal data shall not be subject to profiling.
10. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes of providing Newsletter services.
